1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Kudoku Killer Sudoku ("the App") you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms") and to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"). If there is any conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs the license itself and these Terms add app-specific detail. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple device you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The App is licensed, not sold, to you.

3. Premium purchases

• Kudoku Premium unlocks unlimited hints, Auto Notes, note highlights, last-cell hints, detailed statistics, themes, iCloud progress sync, direct access to all catalog levels, and unlimited mistakes in regular levels. All five difficulty tracks can be played sequentially for free; Daily and Hell are also available free. Hell retains its own life and time rules.
• Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with monthly and yearly options. A one-time non-consumable lifetime purchase is also available and does not renew. Prices are shown in the App before you purchase and vary by region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Eligible new subscribers may receive a 3-day trial on the monthly plan or a 7-day trial on the yearly plan. A trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App except to the extent the law expressly permits; do not use the App unlawfully; and do not attempt to circumvent purchase, entitlement, or licensing checks.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its design, code, artwork, sounds, and the "Kudoku" name are owned by Gentleflow and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentleflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App and its subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. On termination you must stop using the App.

10. Third parties

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them, as set out in the Apple Standard EULA. RevenueCat provides subscription-management services as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and are subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
