In short: Kudoku Killer Sudoku needs no account and collects no personal information for advertising or profiling. Your progress stays on your device and — if you use iCloud — syncs privately through your own iCloud account. Purchases are handled by Apple and RevenueCat. No ads, no gameplay analytics, no cross-app tracking.

1. Who we are

Kudoku Killer Sudoku ("the App") is developed by Gentleflow ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data the App handles and how. If you have questions, contact us at gentleflowoverseas@gmail.com.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, phone number, or address to play.
We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or browsing history.
We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) and do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell or share your personal data with data brokers.

3. Data the App stores and uses

On-device game data. Your progress, statistics, streaks, settings, and brain profile are stored locally on your device in the App's private storage.
iCloud sync (optional). If you are signed in to iCloud with Key-Value storage enabled, the App syncs your game progress across your devices using Apple's iCloud. This data lives in your personal iCloud account, is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, and we cannot read it. You can turn it off in iOS Settings.
Local notifications. If you enable streak reminders, the App schedules them locally on your device. No reminder data leaves your device; there is no push server.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Kudoku Killer Sudoku offers optional Premium subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store — we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to verify and restore purchases, manage entitlements, and analyze purchase and subscription activity. For this, RevenueCat receives a randomly generated app-user identifier together with purchase and device information (such as transaction identifiers, country, and device/OS type). RevenueCat processes this on our behalf; see the RevenueCat Privacy Policy. We do not receive your Apple ID or payment card information.

5. Diagnostics

If you have enabled "Share With App Developers" in iOS, Apple may share aggregated, anonymized crash and performance data with us through App Store Connect. It is not linked to your identity.

6. Children's privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App has no advertising profiles or social features. Purchase processing by Apple and RevenueCat is described above.

7. Your choices

Turn off iCloud sync in iOS Settings › [your name] › iCloud.
Turn off notifications in iOS Settings › Notifications › Kudoku.
Delete all local data by deleting the App.
Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

8. Data retention

Local and iCloud game data remain until you delete them or remove the App. Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are retained under their own policies.

9. International users

Data handled by our providers (Apple, RevenueCat) may be processed in countries other than yours, under their respective safeguards.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will appear here with a new effective date.

一句话：Kudoku 杀手数独无需注册账号，不为广告或用户画像收集任何个人信息。你的游戏进度保存在本机；若你使用 iCloud，进度通过你自己的 iCloud 账户私密同步。购买由 Apple 与 RevenueCat 处理。无广告、不分析游戏行为、不跨应用追踪。

1. 我们是谁

2. 我们不会收集的信息

玩游戏无需注册账号，也无需提供姓名、邮箱、电话或住址。
我们不收集你的通讯录、照片、精确位置或浏览记录。
我们不使用广告标识符（IDFA），不会跨其他应用或网站追踪你。
我们不会将你的个人数据出售或提供给数据经纪商。

3. 本应用存储与使用的数据

本机游戏数据。你的进度、统计、连胜、设置与大脑档案，均保存在本机的应用私有存储中。
iCloud 同步（可选）。若你已登录 iCloud 且启用了键值存储，本应用会通过 Apple iCloud 在你的多台设备间同步游戏进度。该数据保存在你个人的 iCloud 账户中，受 Apple 隐私政策约束，我们无法读取。你可在 iOS 设置中关闭。
本地通知。若你开启连胜提醒，本应用只在本机安排提醒。提醒数据不会离开你的设备，也没有推送服务器。

4. 购买与订阅

Kudoku 杀手数独提供可选的高级会员订阅及一次购买的永久版。付款由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理——我们看不到你的支付信息。我们使用 RevenueCat, Inc. 来校验、恢复购买、管理会员权益，并分析购买与订阅情况。为此，RevenueCat 会收到一个随机生成的应用用户标识，以及购买与设备信息（如交易标识、国家/地区、设备与系统类型）。RevenueCat 代表我们处理这些数据，详见 RevenueCat 隐私政策。我们不会收到你的 Apple ID 或银行卡信息。

5. 诊断数据

若你在 iOS 中开启了"与 App 开发者共享"，Apple 可能通过 App Store Connect 向我们提供已聚合、匿名化的崩溃与性能数据。这些数据不与你的身份关联。

6. 儿童隐私

本应用适合所有年龄段，不会在知情情况下收集儿童个人信息。本应用没有广告画像或社交功能。Apple 与 RevenueCat 对购买数据的处理方式见上文。

7. 你的选择

在 iOS 设置 ›〔你的名字〕› iCloud 中关闭 iCloud 同步。
在 iOS 设置 › 通知 › Kudoku 中关闭通知。
删除本应用即可清除全部本机数据。
在 iOS 设置 ›〔你的名字〕› 订阅中管理或取消订阅。

8. 数据留存

本机与 iCloud 中的游戏数据会一直保留，直到你删除它们或卸载应用。Apple 与 RevenueCat 保存的购买记录按其各自政策留存。

9. 跨境用户

我们的服务商（Apple、RevenueCat）处理的数据可能在你所在国家/地区以外被处理，并受其各自的保护措施约束。

10. 政策变更

我们可能更新本政策。重大变更将在此处以新的生效日期体现。
