1. Who we are

Sweeple (the “App”) is developed by Gentleflow (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy explains what data the App handles and how. Questions may be sent to gentleflowoverseas@gmail.com.

2. Information we do not collect

• You do not need to create an account or provide a name, email address, phone number, or postal address to play.
• The App does not access your contacts, photos, precise location, or browsing history.
• We do not use an advertising identifier, serve ads, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• We do not sell your personal data or use it to build an advertising profile.

3. Game data stored by the App

• On-device data. The App stores game progress, completed levels, gameplay statistics, streaks, brain-profile results, Hell Mode results, hint usage, and preferences in its private storage on your device.
• iCloud sync (optional). When iCloud Sync is enabled, supported game data may be read from and written to Apple iCloud Key-Value Storage through your personal iCloud account. Publishing new progress to iCloud requires Premium; existing supported cloud data may still be restored when sync is enabled. This data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not operate a server that receives this game data.
• Local notifications. If you enable reminders, the App schedules them on your device. Sweeple does not use its own push-notification server.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Sweeple offers optional Premium monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time Lifetime purchase. Apple processes payment through the App Store; we do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account credentials. We use RevenueCat, Inc. to load products, validate purchases, restore purchases, and manage Premium entitlement. RevenueCat may process an anonymous App User ID and transaction, subscription, device, operating-system, country or region, IP, and related technical information for those purposes. 5. Diagnostics

If you choose to share analytics or diagnostics with app developers in your Apple device settings, Apple may make crash, performance, and related diagnostic information available to us through App Store Connect. Apple controls that collection and sharing under its privacy policy. Sweeple does not include a separate third-party analytics service.

6. Children’s privacy

The App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. It contains no advertising or behavioral profiling.

7. Your choices

• Control Sweeple’s iCloud sync in the App and your device’s iCloud settings.
• Control reminders in Sweeple or in iOS Settings › Notifications › Sweeple.
• Delete supported progress data using the controls provided in the App, or remove all local App data by deleting the App.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.

8. Data retention

On-device and iCloud game data remain until you delete or replace them using the App or Apple’s controls. Apple and RevenueCat retain purchase and transaction information according to their respective policies and legal obligations.

9. International processing

Apple and RevenueCat may process information in countries or regions other than your own, subject to their respective safeguards and policies.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the App or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
