本协议由你与鲁亮（开发者品牌：Gentleflow）共同订立，适用于 Sweeple HarmonyOS 版
（下称“本应用”），包名为 tech.gentleflow.sweeple。本协议不适用于 Sweeple 的其他平台版本。
在首次启动页面点击“同意并继续”后，本协议在你与我们之间成立。若你不同意，应点击“不同意并退出”并停止使用。 不满 14 周岁的未成年人应由父母或其他监护人陪同阅读并决定是否使用；其他未成年人也应在监护人指导下使用。 监护人应合理引导未成年人安排游戏时间。
本应用提供扫雷闯关、解题引导、炼狱模式、游戏统计、脑力档案、偏好设置及相关本机功能。 当前 HarmonyOS 版本包含 300 个闯关棋盘并完整免费、无广告，不提供应用内购买或自动续费服务。 如未来新增收费项目，我们会在功能上线前清晰展示价格、内容和规则，并按适用法律及华为应用市场要求另行取得必要确认。
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人、有限、非独占、不可转让、不可转许可、可撤销的许可， 允许你在合法拥有或控制的 HarmonyOS 设备上，为个人、非商业目的安装和使用本应用。 本应用是许可使用而非出售，本协议未明确授予的权利由我们或相关权利人保留。
你不得实施下列行为，但适用法律明确允许的除外：
本应用的软件代码、界面设计、美术、声音、文案、棋盘与关卡组织以及 Sweeple 名称与标识， 由我们或相关许可方依法享有权利。HarmonyOS、华为应用市场及其他第三方名称和标识归其各自权利人所有。 本协议不授予你使用任何商标或品牌标识进行宣传、注册或误导性展示的权利。
我们按照独立的《隐私政策（HarmonyOS 版）》说明本应用的数据处理方式。 你可以在首次启动页和“设置 › 关于”中单独查看，并可在“设置 › 数据”中撤回隐私同意或重置游戏进度。
Sweeple 是基于扫雷规则的休闲益智游戏。棋盘数字表示相邻地雷数量；挖开、标旗、和弦展开、提示、 失误预算及炼狱挑战等具体规则以应用内当前展示为准。提示功能用于辅助游戏，不保证替你完成整个棋盘。 本应用不构成医疗、心理、教育考试或其他专业意见，也不保证提升特定认知能力或取得特定结果。
我们可能为修复故障、提升兼容性、改善体验或符合法律及平台要求而更新本应用。 部分更新可能需要较新的 HarmonyOS 版本或设备能力。我们会尽合理努力维持应用可用， 但设备故障、系统限制、不可抗力、必要维护或第三方平台变化可能造成暂时中断。 对需要你另行同意的重大协议变更，我们会以醒目方式提示，不会当然以沉默视为同意。
游戏数据主要保存在设备本机。你应根据需要使用 HarmonyOS 提供的设备或应用备份功能。 卸载、清除数据、设备损坏、系统重置或备份失败可能导致进度、统计或当前棋盘丢失。 我们不运营游戏数据服务器，因此通常无法从服务器替你找回本机存档。
在法律允许的范围内，本应用按现状提供；我们不对因设备环境、系统兼容性、用户操作或第三方平台造成的中断 作超出法定义务的保证。任何免责或责任限制均不排除或限制因故意、重大过失、人身损害、消费者法定权利， 或法律规定不得排除的责任。对可依法限制的损失，我们仅在可合理预见且与我们的违约有直接因果关系的范围内承担责任。
你可随时停止使用并卸载本应用。若你严重违反本协议、利用本应用从事违法活动或对应用及他人安全造成现实风险， 我们可在法律允许的范围内停止提供相关版本或服务。终止不影响终止前已产生的合法权利义务。 由于当前版本无账号和开发者服务器，我们不会远程封禁你的本机游戏档案。
华为不是本协议项下本应用服务的提供者或争议责任主体。你通过华为应用市场下载、更新本应用或使用 HarmonyOS 系统能力时，还应遵守华为与你之间适用的平台或账号条款。第三方平台规则与本协议发生冲突时， 各自在其依法适用的范围内执行，且不减损你依法享有的消费者权利。
本协议的订立、履行和解释适用中华人民共和国法律（不含冲突法规则）。 因本协议发生争议时，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，可依法向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。 你所在地法律赋予且依法不能排除的消费者保护和争议解决权利不受影响。

These Terms are between you and Lu Liang (developer brand: Gentleflow).
They apply only to Sweeple for HarmonyOS (“the App”), bundle name
tech.gentleflow.sweeple.
These Terms take effect when you tap “Agree & continue.” If you disagree, exit and do not use the App. A child under 14 should review and use the App with a parent or guardian; other minors should also use it with appropriate guidance. Guardians should help minors maintain healthy play time.
The App provides minesweeper campaigns, learning guides, Hell Mode, statistics, a brain profile, preferences, and related on-device features. The current HarmonyOS edition contains 300 campaign boards and is fully free, has no ads, and offers no in-app purchase or auto-renewing subscription. Any future paid feature will show its content, price, and rules before launch and request any legally required confirmation.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on a HarmonyOS device you lawfully own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Except where law expressly permits, you may not copy, rent, sell, redistribute, sublicense, maliciously modify, disrupt, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, bypass security controls, use the App unlawfully, violate another person's rights, compromise a device or network, interfere with another user, or impersonate Gentleflow.
The App's code, interface, artwork, sounds, text, board and level organization, and Sweeple branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. HarmonyOS, AppGallery, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
The separate HarmonyOS Privacy Policy explains the App's data practices and can be reviewed at first launch and under Settings › About. You can withdraw privacy consent or reset progress under Settings › Data.
Sweeple is a casual puzzle based on minesweeper rules. The in-App presentation governs digging, flags, chord opening, hints, mistake budgets, and Hell Mode. Hints assist play but do not promise to complete every board. The App is not medical, psychological, examination, or other professional advice and promises no particular cognitive result.
We may update the App for fixes, compatibility, experience, legal, or platform reasons. Some updates may require newer system or device capabilities. Device faults, system limits, force majeure, maintenance, or platform changes may temporarily interrupt the App. Material changes requiring fresh agreement will be prominently presented and not inferred from silence.
Game data is principally on-device. Use HarmonyOS backup options where appropriate. Uninstalling, clearing data, device failure, a system reset, or backup failure may cause progress, statistics, or current boards to be lost. We operate no game-data server and normally cannot restore your local save.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided as available without guarantees beyond mandatory law. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory consumer rights, or liability that law does not permit us to exclude. Any lawfully limitable liability is confined to reasonably foreseeable loss directly caused by our breach.
You may stop and uninstall at any time. We may discontinue a version or service where legally permitted if these Terms are seriously breached, the App is used unlawfully, or a real safety risk arises. The current App has no account or developer server, so we do not remotely suspend local game records.
Huawei is not the provider of the App service under these Terms. AppGallery downloads, updates, Huawei Accounts, and HarmonyOS capabilities may also be governed by the applicable terms between you and Huawei. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction. Non-waivable consumer protections and dispute rights in your place of residence remain unaffected.
