隐私政策

九重杀手数独由鲁亮（Gentleflow）开发。本政策说明当前鸿蒙版本实际处理的数据。游戏无需注册账号，题库在设备本地运行。

我们保存哪些数据

游戏会在应用私有存储中保存当前棋盘、笔记、关卡进度、每日挑战记录、用时、失误数、地狱模式成绩及外观和辅助设置。这些数据用于恢复游戏、展示统计和记住您的选择。

设备权限与第三方服务

当前版本不申请通讯录、位置、相册、麦克风或摄像头权限，不包含广告、第三方统计 SDK、跨应用追踪、开发者自建用户账号或游戏进度云同步，也不向开发者服务器上传游戏数据。内购、恢复购买、管理订阅及打开在线政策页面需要联网。iOS 版本的 Apple、iCloud 和 RevenueCat 服务不适用于本鸿蒙版本。

华为应用内支付

您可选择通过华为应用内支付（Huawei IAP）购买月付、年付订阅或永久会员。购买需要登录华为账号，华为负责账号身份、付款及订单处理，具体信息以华为支付页面及其隐私说明为准。我们不获取您的华为账号密码、银行卡号或支付密码。应用接收商品、价格、试用资格、签名订单及订阅状态，用于核验购买、授予或恢复会员权益，并在设备上保存会员商品标识及有效状态。购买记录不用于广告或用户画像。

订单服务与第三方处理

华为会向我们的订单服务发送购买、续费、取消、到期或退款等签名通知。服务处理商品标识、订单标识、购买令牌、事件类型、时间、订阅状态以及查询得到的金额和币种，用于核验订单事件、查询金额、去重及处理支付支持问题。订单通知服务托管于 Cloudflare；开发者通过 Bark 接收仅含应用、商品、交易状态及金额的运营提醒，不在提醒正文中包含购买令牌或订单号。这些服务可能在中国境外处理相关订单信息，游戏棋盘、笔记及进度不会因此上传。上述服务的用途限于订单服务与运营支持。您不购买也可以使用免费游戏功能。

振动反馈

游戏使用设备振动提供操作反馈，可在应用设置中关闭。当前版本不发送通知，也不申请通知授权。上述功能不上传游戏数据。

首次使用选择

在您同意本政策和使用条款之前，应用不会加载游戏存档或音频。应用单独在本地记录您接受的政策版本，用于避免重复提示。您可选择不同意并退出；清除应用数据会删除同意记录和游戏进度。

保留与删除

上述游戏数据保留在设备上，直至您在系统设置中清除应用数据或卸载应用。清除后无法通过开发者服务器恢复。操作系统层面的备份、恢复及诊断由设备系统设置及华为相应政策管理。

订单通知队列在金额查询结束后清除查询令牌，在提醒投递成功后清除提醒正文；已完成事件的去重及运行记录在接收超过 35 天后清理。未完成事件保留至处理完成。必要的交易支持记录按处理问题的需要保留；华为持有的交易记录由其规则管理。卸载应用或清除本地数据不会取消订阅或删除华为订单。您可以通过下方邮箱提出数据查询、更正或删除请求；请勿提供支付密码或完整银行卡信息。

儿童与未成年人

游戏本身不要求玩家提供姓名、年龄、电话或身份信息。华为支付流程可能按其规则要求身份或付款信息。未成年人应在监护人的指导下使用，购买前取得监护人同意；请合理安排游戏时间。

政策更新

如数据处理方式发生变化，我们会在相关功能启用前更新本政策，并按适用要求提供相应说明和选择。

Privacy policy

Kudoku for HarmonyOS stores puzzles, notes, progress, daily challenges, statistics, Hell runs and preferences in the app's private local storage. Gameplay requires no developer account. There are no ads, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking or game-progress cloud synchronization. Game data is not uploaded to developer servers.

Purchases and services

Optional monthly and yearly subscriptions and lifetime Premium use Huawei IAP and require a HUAWEI ID and a network connection. Huawei handles account authentication, payment and orders under the notices shown in its payment flow. We do not receive your account password, card number or payment password. The app receives product information, prices, trial eligibility, signed orders and subscription status to verify, grant and restore Premium, and stores the membership product identifier and entitlement status locally. Purchase data is not used for advertising or profiling. Apple, iCloud and RevenueCat services used by the iOS version do not apply here.

Huawei sends signed purchase, renewal, cancellation, expiry and refund notifications to our order service hosted on Cloudflare. It processes product and order identifiers, purchase tokens, event types, times, subscription status, and queried amounts and currencies for order verification, amount lookup, deduplication and payment support. Bark delivers operational alerts to the developer containing only the app, product, transaction status and amount; alert bodies contain no order number or purchase token. These services may process order information outside mainland China. Puzzles, notes and progress are not sent to them. Free gameplay remains available without purchasing.

Retention and choices

The notification queue clears lookup tokens after the amount lookup ends and clears alert content after successful delivery. Completed-event deduplication and operational records are cleaned up after 35 days from receipt; unfinished events remain until processed. Necessary transaction support records are retained as needed to resolve issues. Huawei retains its own transaction records under its rules. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; do not send payment passwords or full card details.

The app requests no contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera permission. It sends no notifications and requests no notification permission. Vibration can be disabled in settings. The accepted policy version is stored locally; gameplay and audio do not load before acceptance. Local game data remains until erased in system settings or by uninstalling. Erased progress cannot be recovered from our servers. Removing the app does not cancel subscriptions or erase Huawei orders. Device backup and diagnostics follow system settings and Huawei policies.

Minors and updates

Gameplay does not ask for names, ages, phone numbers or identity details. Huawei payment may require information under its own rules. Minors should use the app with a guardian's guidance and obtain permission before purchasing. We will update this policy before enabling features that change these practices.
