1. Controller and contact

This edition of YIGE Sliding Puzzle (“the App”) is developed and operated by Lu Liang (developer brand: Gentleflow), the controller for the practices described here. Contact gentleflowoverseas@gmail.com. We normally respond within 15 business days.

2. Scope

This policy applies only to the HarmonyOS App with bundle name tech.gentleflow.huarong. It does not apply to other platforms or apps.

3. Data handled by the App

The App does not collect identifiable personal information or transmit it to a Gentleflow server. The App's only networking feature is the "App Union" cross-promotion described in section 5; it sends requests only after you open that entry, and what it sends contains no information that identifies you. Play requires no app registration. AppGallery may require a HUAWEI ID for purchases, restoration, or subscription management. We do not receive account passwords or payment credentials, or read device identifiers, contacts, photos, precise location, clipboard, camera, or microphone data.

The App locally stores game progress and statistics, unfinished puzzles, preferences, and the accepted-policy version. This information is used only to save games, show statistics, restore play, apply your settings, and remember your privacy choice. It remains in the App's private on-device storage and is not uploaded by the App.

To verify and restore membership, the App queries products, orders, and subscription status through Huawei IAP Kit and verifies signed receipts on the device. Product ID, purchase time, expiration, verification time, and membership status are cached locally. Order tokens are used to acknowledge delivery to Huawei; they are not uploaded to Gentleflow.

4. Permission and system capabilities

• Vibration: ohos.permission.VIBRATE provides haptic feedback according to your in-App setting.
• Network (ohos.permission.INTERNET, ohos.permission.GET_NETWORK_INFO): used solely for the "App Union" cross-promotion in section 5 — fetching the recommendation list, icons and details after you open that entry, and reporting impressions and clicks. The game itself (levels, daily challenge, inferno, statistics and settings) is fully offline and plays without a network. Legal and contact links are handed to your system browser or mail app, which handles any later connection.

5. SDKs and disclosure

App Union (cross-promotion): the "App Union" entry in Settings is an equal-footing cross-promotion among independent developers: it shows you other HarmonyOS apps, and this App likewise appears in other participants' lists. It is not an advertising SDK — no third-party code is embedded, no banner, interstitial or feed ads are shown, and there is no personalized targeting or cross-app tracking. Requests go directly from the App to appunion.chiyoushu.com, and only after you open that entry; opening the Settings page itself triggers no network request. Only three things are sent: a random identifier generated by the App on your device and stored only there (a UUID used to de-duplicate counting — not a device identifier, not linked to your account, phone number or HUAWEI ID, and void once App data is cleared or the App is uninstalled), the platform tag harmonyos, and the ID of the app being shown or tapped. We do not send your progress, statistics, purchases, device identifiers, or anything that identifies you. That service processes the above under its own operator's rules. If you do not open "App Union", the App makes no network connection for this feature.

The App contains no advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK. Optional purchases use the system IAP Kit: AppGallery handles accounts, orders, payment, and renewals under the notices and privacy policies shown by Huawei. We do not receive your bank details or account password, sell personal data, or use it for cross-app tracking or personalized advertising.

The App uses HarmonyOS system storage, vibration, backup/restore, and external-link capabilities. Huawei or the device system operator may process information needed for distribution, security, backup, or diagnostics under your settings and their own policies. That platform processing is outside the App's control.

6. Storage, security, and retention

App data is protected by HarmonyOS app-private storage and sandbox controls. If system app backup is enabled, HarmonyOS may back up and restore this data under your system settings; we cannot read that backup. Reset progress deletes gameplay records but does not delete membership or cancel subscriptions. Membership is cached until App data is cleared or the App is uninstalled. Use Settings › Manage automatic renewal to manage subscriptions, or Restore purchases to refresh access. Other local data remains until you reset it, clear App data, or uninstall the App. System backup retention is controlled through your device and Huawei services.

7. Your choices

• Review these documents anytime under Settings › About.
• Use Settings › Data › Reset progress to delete progress and gameplay statistics.
• Use Settings › Data › Withdraw privacy consent. The App closes and asks again at the next launch; withdrawal does not automatically delete local game data.
• Clear App data or uninstall to remove the App's private on-device data.
• Not using "App Union" avoids all networking by the App; clearing App data or uninstalling also clears the local random identifier it uses.
• Email us to request access, correction, deletion, explanation, or to complain. Because no data is uploaded, we normally hold no server record that can be retrieved by identity.

8. Children

The App does not build advertising profiles or seek children's personal information. Children under 14 should use it with a parent or guardian. We will provide a new notice and obtain legally required guardian consent before any future processing of children's data.

9. International transfers

The App uploads no personal information to a Gentleflow server. The "App Union" requests described in section 5 contain no information that identifies you — only a local random identifier, the platform tag, and the ID of the app being shown. If you open this page in a browser, GitHub Pages may process connection data under its own terms. The principal game can be used offline after the first consent.

10. Updates

We will update this policy and the AppGallery privacy declaration before changing data practices, permissions, or third-party SDKs. Material changes will be prominently disclosed, and fresh consent will be requested before processing where required.
